Belgian investment fund KeBeK Private Equity, together with Dutch company Apicem Investments, has reached an agreement on the acquisition of a majority stake in Askové. The current Managing Director of Askové, Leon Heemskerk, will remain involved as a minority shareholder and will transfer the day-to-day management of the company to Lars Claassen, Managing Partner of Apicem Investments.
