KeBeK Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in House of Hospitality, Belgium’s leading full-service provider of crewing and logistics services for the catering and events sector, to accelerate its growth ambitions, both through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Co-founders Rakki Amghar (CEO) and Wout Janssen (COO) are substantially reinvesting in the new structure, alongside the management team. Dovesco will also remain on board as a minority shareholder.
